Toastmasters International (www.toastmasters.org) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people improve their public speaking and leadership skills. The organization has existed for more than 75 years and has chapters in more than 50 countries.

What Can Toastmasters do for you?
Success in the business world or even personal relationships can be measured by how effectively you communicate with others. Regardless of your background, participating in the Toastmasters communication and leadership program provides you with increased self-confidence, better speaking skills and leadership opportunities. Learn how to prepare and give a speech, conduct a meeting, manage a team of associates and motivate others.
Most members acknowldge that being a part of Toastmasters has helped them master the art of intellegent casual conversation and impromptu speaking situations become second nature. You can: |

- Implement the tools provided in each Toastmasters member manual to earn a professional speaking designation
- Practice public speaking in a relaxed setting at your own pace
- Overcome nervousness when speaking before an audience
- Sharpen listening and thinking skills in every meeting
- Provide constructive evaluations to fellow speakers
- Practice impromptu Q & A and speaking extemporaneously
- Enjoy being part of a constructive and supportive environment
